Free U.S. shipping on orders over $19 — which is every shirt, since they're $23.99.
Everything is printed on demand, one at a time. Production takes 2–5 business days, then U.S. delivery typically takes 3–5 business days (USPS / regional carriers). Total: roughly 5–10 business days from order to doorstep.
Orders ship from print facilities in the United States.
Canada & international: shipping is calculated at checkout by weight; delivery typically 10–20 business days. Any customs duties are the recipient's responsibility.
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

30-day returns. No drama. If your order arrives wrong, damaged, misprinted — or it's just not it — email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Email nullmade.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo if something's physically wrong. We respond within 1–2 business days.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
Because every item is made to order just for you, we ask that you double-check sizes before ordering — but if a size is wrong, talk to us anyway. We're reasonable humans.

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to change a size, color, or address, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we can usually catch it.
