1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, or when you contact us. We also automatically collect certain information when you visit our site, such as your IP address, browser type, and device information. We also use cookies and similar tracking technologies — including the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and the TikTok Pixel — to understand how you browse and shop on our site, for analytics and advertising purposes (see Sections 4 and 8).

We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services for us, including Shopify (our e-commerce platform, checkout, and payment processing), Printify (product fulfillment and shipping), and Etsy (where we also list our products). For advertising and measurement, we share certain activity data — such as pages viewed, items added to cart, and purchases — with advertising partners including Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and TikTok via the TikTok Pixel, so we can measure ad performance and show you relevant ads. This sharing for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain US state privacy laws. You can opt out by adjusting your browser cookie settings, your Meta Off-Facebook Activity settings, or by contacting us at nullmade.shop@gmail.com. We may also share your information in connection with a business transfer. We do not otherwise sell your personal information.
